Petrou Halloumi

Halloumi is the traditional white cheese of Cyprus. Produced for centuries, it is a semi-hard cheese made from sheep, cow or goat's milk and rolled in wild mint. It has a distinct salty flavour with a soft, springy texture. Eaten hot or cold, it is a very versatile cheese and can be enjoyed with many different complementary flavours. Available in various formats to suit retail, food service and industrial customers alike.

 

Brie de Caractere
